På denna populärvetenskapliga kvällsföreläsning guidar David Silvermyr, lektor i partikelfysik vid Lunds universitet oss genom aktuella forskning vid CERN och de öppna frågor som undersöks på anläggningen idag.
Fritt inträde. Seminariet hålls på svenska.

Ayla Borglund, Developer and Project Coordinator at CERN and Alice Ohlson, Associate Professor in Particle Physics at Lund University, give their insights about the activities at CERN and lets you in on the exciting opportunities available for students at one of the world’s largest research laboratories.

10:00–16:00 Exhibition – Open all afternoon
We invite you to an exhibition on the research done at CERN. Learn more about current research and future plans, and see examples of equipment that Swedish groups are developing for various detector and accelerator projects at CERN.
At the exhibition, you will also have the chance to meet students and professors who are currently involved in CERN activities and who are eager to answer all your questions.
