As a Junior Safety Support Officer, your responsibilities will include carrying out safety risk assessments for a range of technological processes, evaluating the conformity of prototype devices and machinery, and developing appropriate compensatory safety measures. You will also be expected to follow up on recommended actions and ensure thorough documentation of all findings. During your time at CERN, the accelerators will be operational, and your primary focus will be the assessment of safety aspects related to activities taking place within CERN's technical buildings. 

Eligibility criteria:

By the application deadline, you have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in Health, Safety and Environment (or a related field) and your highest educational qualification is either a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
